TOWERSAFE STUDY CONTENT

TowerSAFE International provides a complete Aeronautical Obstruction Analysis & Evaluation (AOAE) on specific sites or defined search rings.  In addition to site specific or search rings, we provide feasibility studies over larger tracts of real estate such as required by wind farms for Wind-Turbines, to determine if a developer or contractor should even continue a project.  Often the value of the real estate will be tied to the feasibility study and what can or can not be done on the property.

Our Format for each and every study contains all of Federal Air Regulation 49 CFR Part 77, " SAFE, EFFICIENT USE, AND PRESERVATION OF THE NAVIGABLE AIRSPACE ".    We also review the effect of any Instrument Approach Procedure (TERPS) for all public and military airports within the affected area.  We will provide on request any contact information you may require to notify private airport owners of your project (good neighbor policy) before you run into any local political barriers.  Depending on the type of project you are planning, Military Training Routes (MTRs)--airspace set aside for low-level/high-speed training--will be reviewed and recommendations will be made.  i.e. (lighting on equipment during construction, etc.)

Other projects may require an understanding of existing towers in the area for zoning to determine if you meet those separation rules.  With our study results, you will have a detailed report of all the sites within 10,000 feet of your site.

The following is a list of "Site Specific" or "Search Ring" Aeronautical Obstruction Analysis & Evaluation (AOAE) criteria.
